In order to show our appreciation, we have established a referral rewards program. Here’s how it works …

When you refer a patient to the office and he or she becomes a patient of record, you will receive a $50.00 check.

Refer a second patient to the office who becomes a patient of record, and you will receive a $75.00 check.
